My viewing history does not appear in my account
To see your viewing history in Mijn Cineville, your Cineville card has to be linked to your account.
If your viewing history does not appear, you can disconnect your Cineville card in your Mijn Cineville, and reconnect it - this will re-import your viewing history. How to create a Mijn Cineville account you can read here.
If you've reconnected your card but your viewing history is still incomplete, or shows films you definitely haven't visited with your Cineville card, the theatre has probably selected the wrong film by mistake during one of your visits. We're doing our best to keep your viewing history as complete and precise as possible, but sometimes this happens.
You can easily fix this by adding or removing a film from your viewing history. To add a film to your list, simply enter the title in the top right search bar. After your film appears, click 'heb ik gezien' below the title. It will now appear in your viewing history. To remove a title from your list, click the trash can next to it.
