Help! I've lost my Cineville Card
No worries! You can easily request a new card. Log in to your account via the website (not possible in the app) navigate to the Mijn Cinevillepas tab (via the blue icon in the top right corner). Then click on Beheer je lidmaatschap. Here you'll find your active membership (email, address, bank details, and Cineville card number). You can switch to English on the left side of the page.
Under your membership, click on I lost this card. In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, printing and sending a replacement card comes with a one-time fee of €10. You can pay this amount with iDeal. Once you've finished your payment, you will immediately receive a Temporary Cineville card, which you can use while waiting for your new card to arrive on your doorstep.
If your address has changed in the meantime, you can update this in your account.
