Help! I've lost my Cineville Card

No worries! You can easily request a new pass via Mijn Cineville. Log in to your account, then go to the 'Mijn Cinevillepas' tab and click on the 'Beheer je lidmaatschap' button. You will see a 'Pas kwijt' button on the right next to your card information. You will immediately receive a Temporary Cineville pass, which you can use while waiting for your new card.

In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, making and sending a replacement card comes with a one-time fee of €10. You pay this amount with iDEAL.
