The digital card says: Something went wrong

The 'Cineville card' tab should show your digital card if it is correctly linked to your website account. Sometimes the system is unable to retrieve your card. One of the following solutions should help:

- Log out and log back in: go to the 'Account' tab and click on 'Log out'. Then click on the 'Cineville card' tab and on 'Log in'. By logging back in, the system will once again try to retrieve the card.
- Reinstall the app: remove the app from your phone and reinstall it from the Google Playstore / Apple Store
- Check your website account: log in to cineville.nl and check under Mijn Cinevillepas whether your (correct) card number is linked there. It may help to unlink it here and then link it again.
