The digital card says: No active card
Sometimes something goes wrong when collecting your card, for example if you have had another membership with a different card number in the past. Check on our website on the page Mijn Cinevillepas whether your current card number of your physical card is linked here. If this is the case and if this is not the case, it helps to unlink the card here via 'Ontkoppel mijn Cinevillepas' and then relink it by entering your date of birth and card number. After linking, you can check in the app whether your current card is now shown.
