The app crashed when I open it

To find out if this is a common problem, we would like to ask you to report this via klantenservice@cineville.nl.

To solve this, it is necessary to empty your cache. You can read how to do that below.

Android Go to Settings -> Apps -> Cineville -> Storage -> Click on "Clear storage" or “Clear data”

iOS Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Choose the Cineville App > Choose “Clean Up” or delete the app and download it again.
