How do I change my bank account / IBAN?

If you have a Cineville account, you can update your payment details in your account. Log in to your account via the website (not possible in the app) navigate to the Mijn Cinevillepas tab (via the blue icon in the top right corner). Then click on Beheer je lidmaatschap. Here you'll find your active membership (email, address, bank details, and Cineville card number). You can switch to English on the left side of the page.
Next to Bank account you can click on Modify to update your bank account. You will be asked to do a €0,01 payment via iDeal. From the next invoice period (usually the next calendar month) your new bank account will be used.

Don't have a Cineville account and don't want one, or having trouble following the steps above? Then mail your new payment details to klantenservice@cineville.nl. This is completely safe.
